2019 NATIONAL CHAMPIONS
The American Legion Band of the Tonawandas took 1st place at the American Legion Band Competition this year with a score of 95.8. This year's convention represented the 100th anniversary of The American Legion, and the 22nd time the Band of the Tonawandas has won 1st place at the Competition.
Selections performed were:
- Esprit de Corps (Robert Jager)
- The Gallant 7th March (John Philip Sousa)
- Ballet Sacra (David Holsinger)
Congrats to all the other bands as well: Kansas CIty, Post 377 Band, Oconomowoc, & Joliet!
